Renault has had somewhat of a chequered history when it comes to SUVs and crossovers: from the hugely successful Captur, a car crammed with so much personality in such a small package, to the rather bland Kadjar, Renault’s take on Nissan’s popular Qashqai, and the forgettable Koleos that despite its large size only came as a five-seat option.
