The shape is based on the traditional Manhattan shaker, which consists of three parts: a container, a filter and a lid. The lid is designed so that it can also be used as a 2 cl. measuring cup. Its size also makes it ideal for creating individual drinks. As with the rest of the Pilastro series, designer Francis Cayouette found inspiration for the design of the Pilastro shaker in the elegant and functional Art Déco style of the 1920s.
