Vinavil 59 is an adhesive particularly suitable for bonding wood, veneer, plywood, plastic laminates on wood, paper, cork, cloth, tiles and porous materials.Remove any dust or grease from the surfaces to be bonded, spread a layer of adhesive approximately 0.5 mm thick on one of the two surfaces to be bonded (for difficult bonding spread on both surfaces). The adhesive can be applied using a brush or toothed trowel.The adhesive can be diluted to the required viscosity or used as it is.The approximate quantity for use is 100-150 g/m2, which can vary considerably depending on the wood porosity.For improved hold, the bonded surfaces must be subjected to a pressure of 2.5-5 kg/cm2.Joints covered by adhesive soften and are heat sealed at temperatures above 70-80°C.Vinavil 59 must be used at temperatures above +5°C.NotesIt does not stain the wood rich in tannin.
