This deliciously bright bottled Martini brings out the citrus with a Yuzu Gin - created by Ari Klafter - made from juniper, yuzu, sakura, orange blossom, hojicha, red sansho, kabuso, and angelica. Alongside that is an immensely flavorful dry vermouth that has pronounced notes of florals, citrus, and spicy ginger.
